Mindscale is an independent AI Ops and business automation consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. We bridge the gap between operational reality and the bleeding edge of technical capability.
We are recognized as a trusted delivery partner across major enterprise platforms—including Adobe, Microsoft, and Salesforce—while actively building at the open-source agentic frontier. We believe both approaches have their place, and we architect solutions that blend the stability of vendor-validated systems with the transformative power of modern LLMs.
Our mission is simple: we automate the operational work that slows businesses down, and we do it properly. No buzzwords, no solutions in search of problems, just senior delivery that ships.
The Founder
Mindscale is founded and led by Bennet Alexander. Bennet is an Adobe Certified Solutions Partner, Microsoft Power Platform Developer, and Marketo Certified Solutions Architect.
With over 12 years of experience designing, building, and running automation systems, Bennet has worked across some of Australia's most demanding enterprise environments. This includes Deakin University, where he led the team behind a top-2nd-percentile Marketo instance globally, and AustralianSuper, where he serves as Lead Marketing Automation Consultant.
Bennet has been working with AI in production since 2020 (using TensorFlow for predictive models), well before LLMs became a public conversation. He brings a practitioner's pragmatism to a field dominated by hype.
