We assess your current state, map out the manual processes or technical debt slowing you down, and identify the highest-impact opportunities. You receive a written deck with a prioritised roadmap.

Build

Project-based · Fixed scope · 4–12 weeks

Because we did the audit first, we know exactly what we're building. We scope tightly, quote a fixed price, and deliver what we promised. No scope creep, no bait-and-switch, no surprises.

Retainer or Handover

Your choice

When the build is done, you own the IP. We hand the keys over with full documentation and team training, or stay on as your AI Ops partner for ongoing support, optimisation, and new initiatives.
