$7,500 fixed-fee • 1–2 weeksWe assess your current state, map out the manual processes or technical debt slowing you down, and identify the highest-impact opportunities. We produce a written deck with prioritized recommendations.
3. Build
Project-based • Fixed scope • 4–12 weeksWe implement the agreed solution. Because we did the audit first, we know exactly what we're building. We scope tightly, quote a fixed price, and deliver exactly what we promised on time.
4. Retainer or Handover
Your choiceWhen the build is done, you own the IP. We can hand the keys over with full documentation and team training, or we can stay on as your AI Ops partner for ongoing support and optimization.
